Welcome to OSU Fees Online

The consolidated institutional fee process includes the following fees:

• Resource – assessed to students to augment instructional resources.
• Course – assessed to students for specific, tangible goods or services received in conjunction with taking a specific class.
• Internal – fees charged to OSU departments for goods or services.
• External – fees charged to external (non-OSU) entities for goods or services.

You may use the navigation on the left to view each of these types of fees. 

This site is also designed to help departments create and submit online proposals for adding new fees, changing existing fees, or dropping existing fees within the department.  If you are an authorized user from a department and would like to create a proposal you may begin by logging in using the login link.

Login Information:  Authorized users will be able to log in using their regular Windows (Active Directory) account. When prompted for a username/password, put your domain name, a backslash \, and then your login in the username field (i.e. CN\doej). Then use your regular password.
